The Challenge We Face
Our students will graduate into an economy fundamentally different from anything we have seen before:
- 40% of employers plan to reduce their workforce due to AI
- Entry-level jobs declining 7.7% in AI-adopting firms
- 1 million office jobs predicted to disappear by 2029
- 80% of hiring managers predict cuts to internships and entry-level roles
